Friday Closures
Both, BMW Toronto and MINI Toronto (along with BMW Motorrad and TAL), will close to the public at noon on Friday December 8th.
At noon, employees will start preparing for the Employee Holiday Party 2023 taking place at the Mill Street Brew Pub.
This is an employee-only engagement starting at 1 pm and ending at 5 pm at the venue.
Tips for the afternoon
The venue is located in the heart of the Historic Distillery District. The Mill Street Brew Pub operates out of the Mill Street Brewery - East Toronto's first commercial micro-brewery to open in more than 100 years.

You're welcome to take a walk and rack up your fitness steps or simply work up your appetite. Driving is an option, but parking will be ... fill-in-the-blank difficult and probably quite expensive.

Getting There
A Big White Coach Bus will transport us to the venue. Departures from our dealerships are scheduled for 12:05, 12:30, and 12:55 — traffic permitting.
// In coordination with your manager, a Trip Number (1 to 3) will be assigned to you for efficiency. It is a tight schedule and we'd like to start on-time. Thank you in advance, for your collaboration.

Registration
Once you enter the venue, there is a coat check room to the left. A Registration Table will hand out your event tickets. // Don't miss them!

Departure
After the party, departures will start at 4 pm. Please drop by the front door to sign up your Exit. // Important. You don't want to skip this step!
If returning to the Dealerships, the same Big White Coach Bus will transport us back to BMW / MINI Toronto.
Trips are scheduled for 16:05, 16:30, and 16:55 — traffic permitting.
// You may opt to stay around and enjoy the Distillery Winter Village, open until 10 pm. Attendees for the BMW / MINI Toronto Holiday Party are granted free admission—a savings of $15!

Recommended activity before registration.
The Distillery Winter Village is in full swing. Stroll over the cobble-stone streets and find a series of five "POW" stickers strategically placed around the streets of The Distillery District. Your Mission is to find them. // Your effort will be rewarded.

BREWERY TOURS
Two 30-minute guided tours of the brewery, small-batch NANO system, distillery, and foeders! All guests must be 19+ in age.
OPEN TO THOSE WHO BOOKED BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 1ST.
Anyone 18 and younger must be accompanied by someone of legal drinking age.
